What is a senior living facility, and what to consider if your Catholic faith is important?

Senior living encompasses several types of housing options for those in their retirement years, usually starting with individuals 55 and over. The different types that we include here are assisted living, independent living, nursing homes and memory care. These options are designed to accommodate residents needs with a multitude of living choices.

Many of the facilities listed here offer additional services such as access to a priest, a chapel and sometimes eucharistic ministries. Some or all of these services are important to residents who want to be in a surrounding supportive of their Catholic faith. For those facilities that lack some of those designations here, we encourage you to call them and ask for more details.
