Rev. Robert A. Ruhnke became involved in the design and implementation of marriage preparation programs in 1967. In 1975, as Family Life Director for the Diocese of Galveston-Houston, he began to train married couples to function as sponsors for couples preparing for marriage. Rob has served as a Youth Minister and Pastor for parishes in Texas and Louisiana, and as a Formation Director for theology level seminarians. He is a member of the Redemptorist Order of Priests and Brothers and lives in a Redemptorist community in San Antonio, Texas. His hobbies include biking, photography, running and backpacking.
